Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide Advisory and Assistance Services to the USAF Big Safari at Wright-Patterson AFB. The role supports acquisition through operational employment and sustainment of advanced systems for allied partners.

Focus is on warfighter readiness, equipment delivery, training, and international fielding. A Secret clearance and DoD program management expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD program management experience.
• Experience with fielding, logistics, or sustainment.
• Active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide A&AS program management support to USAF leadership responsible for allied weapon system fielding and sustainment.
• Support planning and execution of FMS and international fielding programs from delivery through operational acceptance and sustainment.
• Coordinate stakeholders to deliver mission-ready capabilities.
• Develop and track fielding plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and program performance.
• Support equipment delivery, installation, integration, training, testing, acceptance, and sustainment.
• Identify and resolve fielding, logistics, supply, maintenance and sustainment challenges.
