Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Manager SME to join a high-impact team supporting the US Air Force AFLCMC/WA at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The role focuses on IR sensing technologies integration, portfolio-level collaboration, and enterprise decision-making to accelerate capability delivery for warfighters. The candidate will act as a principal advisor to ICT leads, assess multi-program activities, and develop executive briefings and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor's or Master's in MBA/Management/Business/Finance/Logistics or STEM with 20+ years of DoW experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal advisor to the IR Sensing Technologies ICT Lead, delivering data-driven recommendations and enterprise-level solutions.
• Assess technical, acquisition, schedule, contracting, and resource activities across programs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate collaboration among program offices, engineering teams, stakeholders, and industry partners to advance IR sensing capabilities.
• Interface with senior leaders to analyze program requirements and challenges, and propose technical integration solutions.
• Develop executive briefings, acquisition strategies, and decision-support products for capability trade and senior leader decisions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and modernization efforts to improve interoperability and mission effectiveness.
• Drive enterprise alignment by identifying cross-program dependencies and accelerating capability delivery to warfighters.
