Summary

This role supervises warehouse team members and manages warehouse operations, overseeing up to 15-20 team members.

Qualifications

• At least six months of continuous work with one employer in the past year
• Basic computer skills; experience with JDA/Blue Yonder, PUTTY, WMS, Microsoft Office preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; secondary degree preferred
• 2-4 years warehousing experience; cold storage experience preferred
• 1-2 years management experience preferred
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in cold environments
• Pass health assessment and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment
• Ensure accurate payroll processing
• Move quickly around the work area, perform physical tasks as needed
• Use provided laptop for audits and research
• Mentor team members and support operational needs
• Collaborate with inventory team to reduce errors
• Manage workflow and communicate effectively
• Lead meetings and provide feedback
• Support security and safety protocols

Environment

• Operate PIT equipment in cold/damp environments, temperatures from -5 to 34°F
• Wear PPE, including boots conforming to safety standards
• Work standing or walking most of the time, with occasional sedentary tasks
• May work outdoors in extreme weather
