Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient flow of goods in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee multiple departments, manage hourly staff, train and coach team members, and drive continuous improvement using lean principles to meet customer demands and operational goals.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and effective communication to motivate teams and sustain high quality, accuracy and safety

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or equivalent in a warehouse setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple employees in a multi-faceted environment to complete inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping and return processing activities.
• Regulate daily workload and assign productivity goals based on customer’s demands.
• Train, coach, engage and develop employees on efficient work methods.
• Interview, hire and/or promote, onboard and train employees.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts in the warehouse and lead lean projects.
