Job summary

BFS Foods is seeking a Bruceton Ag Services – Warehouseman in Morgantown, WV. You will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including feeding, unloading, loading, packaging, weighing, and cleaning tasks to ensure smooth inventory flow.

The role requires physical work with lifting up to 50 lbs and experience in warehouse or labor tasks. Reporting to the General Manager, this position offers both part-time and full-time availability in a hands-on farming supply environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Warehouse or labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grind and mix feeds to suit customers’ needs.
• Unload supplies in warehouse; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Load bulk fertilizer for customers; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Load feed on delivery truck for customers; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Load bulk lime for customers; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Obtain oil for service station, convenience store, and customers.
• Package products to be sold, such as corn, cracked corn, soybean, etc.
• Weigh incoming and outgoing bags of grain to ensure sufficient amounts of product.
• Clean the warehouse (dusting, sweeping, trash collection).

Basic Function

The warehouseman is primarily responsible (in conjunction with others) for the day-to-day tasks associated with operating the warehouse.

Essential Skills and Responsibilities

• Grind and mix feeds to suit customers’ needs
• Unload supplies in warehouse; lifting product that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Responsible for loading bulk fertilizer for customers; lifting product that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Responsible for loading feed on the delivery truck and for patrons; lifting product that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Responsible for loading bulk lime for customers; lifting product that may weigh up to 50 pounds
• Obtain oil for the service station, convenience store, and customers
• Package products to be sold, such as corn, cracked corn, soybean, etc.
• Weigh incoming and outgoing bags of grain to ensure sufficient amounts of product
• Responsible for cleaning the warehouse; this includes, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collecting trash, etc.
