Salary Range: $22.00 To $28.00 Hourly

This is a part-time position is located in Mercedes, TX. The Warehouseman role is responsible for coordinating and performing the receipt, storage, movement, shipping, and receiving of materials within the warehouse, staging areas, and yard. This position supports the accountability and control of incoming and outgoing government, commercial, and company property while maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The Warehouseman is responsible for inventorying office consumables, packaging and preparing shipments, material kitting, and maintaining accurate shipping and receiving documentation. The position assists with inventory transactions, physical inventories, inventory reconciliations, and material tracking activities to ensure accurate records and timely responses to material inquiries. Through adherence to established procedures and inventory control practices, the Warehouseman supports the accurate tracking of materials, efficient movement of inventory, and successful execution of daily warehouse operations, deliveries, and shipments.

Warehouse Operations

Education

• High school diploma/GED.

Experience

• 0-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience (preferred).
• Minimum of two (2) years of forklift operating experience (preferred).

License, Cert or Registration

• Certification in Logistics or Inventory Control (preferred).
