Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive bending and lifting.
• Ability to operate a forklift or manlift (cherry picker) and obtain certification within 3 months.
• Must be able to work up to 25 feet above ground and not fear heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Tier-1 team huddle and present daily reports for Tier-2 huddle.
• Ensure zone is set up correctly (skids, parts, banding, tags, BOLs) before shift.
• Maintain 5S scores and assist in SOP development.
• Train team on process changes and document updates.
• Manage team to disperse/stack skids and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Monitor schedules and assist the 2nd shift supervisor as needed.
