Job summary
Master Halco is seeking a Warehouse & Yard Operations Manager at our North Charleston branch to lead and develop the warehouse and yard teams, ensure safe and efficient operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with branch and regional management to meet company standards and goals.

Qualifications
- Minimum five years of warehouse or yard operations experience, with leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and technical skills relevant to operations
- Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel and ERP systems
Responsibilities
- Directly manage an operations team responsible for receiving, shipping, inventory management, fabrication, and customer service levels
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards across branch operations
- Lead continuous improvement projects and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Branch Manager
- Champion RFID/inventory and other technological enhancements across the operation
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed
