Central Supply Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage daily warehouse and yard operations in a masonry supply and precast environment. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate receiving and storage, and coordinate loading and shipping of customer orders, while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in warehouse roles, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license with forklift certification preferred.

Formación

• Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.
• Experience leading teams in a warehouse or yard setting is preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse and yard activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate deliveries, shipments, and pickups.
• Lead, train and coach staff; enforce safety and company policies.
