Job summary

Capstone is seeking a 3rd shift Yard Switcher in West Jordan, UT. You will dock trailers to bay doors, move trailers around the yard, and support loading operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, pre-employment drug screening and background check. Weekly pay is offered; benefits after 60 days and opportunities to work at multiple Capstone sites nationwide are available.

Qualifications

• Non-CDL trailer switcher experience required.
• High-energy, strong work ethic; fast-paced and physically demanding.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• All candidates must be 18+ and will undergo pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Dock trailers to appropriate bay doors and move trailers around the yard.
• Remove emptied trailers from the dock and manage yard logistics as needed.

Our Yard Switchers safely dock trailers to appropriate bay doors, remove emptied trailers from the dock, and maneuver trailers around the warehouse yard as needed.

Requirements:

• Non-CDL Trailer Switcher Experience
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
