Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in West Jordan, UT is seeking a Yard Switcher for a 3rd shift (6:00pm–Finish). The job requires the ability to work weekends and holidays and involves docking trailers, removing empties, and maneuvering trailers in a busy yard.

Weekly pay ranges from $500 to $1,000, with training provided where needed. Capstone is a North American supply chain partner with extensive network sites and carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Non-CDL trailer switcher experience required.
• High-energy and physically demanding role; fast-paced.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs; materials vary.
• Warehouse or related experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Dock trailers to bay doors and move trailers around the yard.
• Remove emptied trailers from the dock and maneuver in the yard.

Our Yard Switchers safely dock trailers to appropriate bay doors, remove emptied trailers from the dock, and maneuver trailers around the warehouse yard as needed.

Requirements

• Non-CDL TrailerSwitcher Experience
• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast‑paced and very physical
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25‑75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre‑employment drug test and background check
