Job summary

Wilco is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate in Washington to greet customers, load warehouse and yard products, and keep areas clean and organized. You will unload, stock, and assist with eComm pickup and merchandising to support daily store operations.

The role requires forklift operation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 120 lb with attention to safety and accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site position offering growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and safety procedures required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate product information.
• Solid product recognition to assist customers quickly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations for transactions and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and load warehouse, yard, and eComm merchandise.
• Unload, check in, and stock warehouse and yard items.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with BOPIS/eComm activities and store merchandising tasks.
• Operate forklift and delivery vehicles safely while moving merchandise.
• Keep the store warehouse stocked and assist with stocking in yard areas.
• Deliver merchandise to customers and participate in store maintenance.
