Job summary

Wilco is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to greet customers, load and stock warehouse and yard merchandise, and support eComm fulfillment. You will operate a forklift and delivery vehicle, maintain a clean work environment, and assist with merchandising and special projects. The role requires safety awareness and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate forklift and other facility equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
• Age 18 years or older due to forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and load warehouse products, yard products, and eComm merchandise.
• Unload, check in, and stock warehouse and yard merchandise.
• Safely operate forklift and delivery vehicles as required.
• Keep warehouse and yard areas clean and orderly.
• Assist with merchandising and store maintenance as assigned.
