Warehouse Worker Position

The warehouse worker position requires an experienced individual proficient in both basic and advanced functions of distribution center operations, including:

1. Ability to walk 5-10 miles per shift
2. Picking, Shipping, Production, Receiving, Processing, and Put-away

Workers must perform their duties safely, communicate effectively, and cooperate with peers and leadership in a professional manner.

All workers are expected to meet standards for attendance, teamwork, professionalism, and contribute to maintaining a clean warehouse environment.

Effective communication with co-workers and supervision is essential. Feedback on successes, barriers, safety concerns, and ideas for improvement should be shared professionally and courteously.

Shift Details:

• 10 hours per day, 4 days a week
• First shift: 7 am - 5 pm

Employees should be highly productive in their assigned functions and meet established DC standards in areas such as Picking, Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Returns. This includes the use of warehouse scanners, workstations, terminals, and Microsoft Word.

Accuracy in inventory management is crucial; workers are expected to execute tasks meticulously to ensure inventory accuracy and meet or exceed standards.

All duties must be performed within established safety standards.
