What you'll be doing day to day
Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across various sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficient product availability and replenishment process.
  • Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
  • Moving products to final selling locations (storage or on the sales floor).
  • Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidance with flexibility.
  • Selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
  • Adhering to store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory taking procedures.
  • Contributing to an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and inclusive, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment roles.

  • Benefits Eligible: Yes
  • Hours: Hourly role, with open availability Monday through Sunday, 6 am - 11 pm
  • Pay Range: $17.77 - $25.31, based on relevant work experience and IKEA's pay scale
