Flex workers are mainly used to support high-volume days, planned PTO coverage and high call-off periods. Available shifts may vary by location and week.* Candidate will be required to work one mandatory shift per week that is scheduled in advance by the business **(****SUNDAY: 7:30pm - until work is complete usually 4am)****.** Any additional shifts may be selected by candidate * Create a schedule that works for you by selecting available shifts throughout the week* Days and hours per week are flexible based on your availability and business needs but will not exceed 29 hours per average on an ongoing basis.* Once a shift is accepted, candidates are expected to work the full scheduled shift and adhere to standard attendance expectations.* Receive shift opportunities, work updates, and important announcements directly to your mobile device* Enjoy the flexibility to manage your schedule without traditional time-off requests* Accepted shifts are worked until operational work is complete and may extend beyond the estimated end time.* New hires may require completion of a 1–3 day onboarding ramp during the first week or first pay period.
