Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our shipping team in Kansas City. You will pull, pack, and stage auto parts orders for shipment, assist with inbound processing, and help keep the warehouse organized and safe.

Training is provided for equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork. This role offers multiple shifts, competitive pay starting at up to $18.50/hour, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and moving quickly in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with seasonal temps.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Worker - Shipping

Location: Kansas City, KS

Compensation: $18.50/hour

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 2 pm or 3 pm start time, depending on the day, until done.

As a Warehouse Worker at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment - keeping our supply chain running strong. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator experience? (Preferred, but not required)
