Keystone Automotive Operations is hiring a Warehouse Worker in Kansas City, KS. You’ll pick, package, and stage auto parts orders for shipment, contributing to a fast-paced supply chain and a team-focused environment.

Roles include operating pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided), handling inbound shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory. Starting pay is up to $18.50/hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for advancement.

Job description

Location: Kansas City, KS. Compensation: $18.50/hour. Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 2 pm or 3 pm start time, depending on the day, until done.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator experience? (Preferred, but not required)
