Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker - Receiving in Ocoee, FL to pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment. You will join a fast-paced team focused on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will pull, scan, and stage orders, receive shipments, and support inventory control. This full-time role offers up to $18.00/hour, a $1,000 retention bonus, and opportunities for growth in a safety-first, people-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending and climbing ladders all day.
• Forklift or PIT equipment experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate across the team.

Location: Ocoee, FL

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Warehouse Worker - Receiving

As a Warehouse Worker at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you'll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment- keeping our supply chain running strong. Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day- standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
