Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) is hiring a Warehouse Associate – 3PL in Eastvale, CA. The role includes picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment with a starting pay of $18.00/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, and a 6-month OT-included schedule. Hours are 10 a.m.

to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. Multiple shifts, competitive pay, and incentives await.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Able to stand/walk all day including bending and climbing ladders.
• Able to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Experience with PIT equipment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and clear communication with team.

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment keeping our supply chain running strong. Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
