Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to support the receiving, picking, packing and shipment of products. You will fulfill orders, maintain accuracy, and support inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule with Sunday night shifts and 8–29 hours per week, plus opportunities to learn multiple areas and operate material handling equipment. Pay is $22.36 per hour, with benefits including PTO as required by law.

Qualifications

• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Basic proficiency in English to read/write documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and shipping prep.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment.

FLEX SCHEDULE: Sunday 8:30pm- 5:00am or until finish

Remainder of the week work as many or as few hours as you prefer. You choose based on available shifts. 8-29hrs weekly.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
• Mustbe flexible to work overtime as needed.

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
• Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Basic proficiency in English is required, including being able to read and write in English in order to process documents.
