Johnson Brothers Maverick Beverage in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Warehouse Worker for night shifts Sunday through Thursday. The role offers a new pay rate of $21.00/hour plus incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time eligibility.

The position requires lifting heavy cases, scanning items, and ensuring accurate pallet staging. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting outbound shipping and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years related warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate scanning devices (barcode scanner).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain records.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Select product for outbound shipping and palletize as directed.
• Lift 35-60 pound cases repeatedly and place on pallets.
• Record start/stop times and maintain accurate shift logs.
• Maintain organization and housekeeping per supervisor instructions.
• Complete end of shift duties such as palletizing and replenishment.
