Job summary

Johnson Brothers Maverick Beverage is seeking a full-time warehouse associate in Texas. The role involves selecting products for outbound shipping, heavy lifting of cases, and accurate label matching. You will record times, maintain clean work areas, and support end-of-shift palletizing tasks.

Salary is $20.00 per hour plus incentive. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401k with matching, parental leave, PTO and paid holidays. Shift is Sun-Thurs, 6PM until finish.

Responsibilities

• Select product for outbound shipping.
• Lift 35-60 lb cases repeatedly up to 1000 times per shift.
• Match labels to correct product accurately.
• Record start and stop times on assignments.
• Reposition cases and labels to prevent breakage.
• Record breakage and cleanup as directed.
• Maintain housekeeping per supervisor directions.
• Complete end-of-shift palletizing, replenishment and cleanup duties.

Job Description

• Select product for outbound shipping.
• Repeatedly lift 35-60 pound cases and place on a pallet up to 1000 times per shift in the correct sequence for the delivery driver to properly deliver the goods.
• Accurately review information on selection labels and match them to the correct product.
• Properly record start and stop times on work assignments.
• Reposition cases and labels accordingly to maintain accuracy and eliminate breakage.
• Properly recording breakage and clean‑up of breakage.
• Housekeeping as directed by supervisor.

Other Job Duties

Complete end of shift responsibilities such as palletizing, returns, replenishment cases or bottles, and cleanup activities as directed

Safety Overview

Ability to perform job duties as instructed by process and follow rules and regulations pertaining to the warehouse and all equipment safety regulations. The use of cell phones strictly prohibited in the warehouse, phones can be used during break and lunch periods outside of normal work areas.
