Warehouse Worker Location: Bellevue, OH / On-Site Shift: 12-Hr Nights - (2-2-3 Schedule; every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday required) Pay: $20.00 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely receiving, storing, handling, and shipping raw materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This position ensures compliance with H.B. Fuller Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and operational standards.
Responsibilities include:
High school diploma or equivalent. No prior warehouse experience required; related experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and ERP systems such as PRISM or SAP. Ability to accurately complete warehouse documentation and maintain inventory records. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing and warehouse environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, forklift traffic, and varying temperatures. Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all H.B. Fuller Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures. This position may be suitable for entry-level or early-career employees where permitted by local labor regulations.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $20.00 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential.
