Position Summary
Penske Marion is looking for a Big Board Operator to become part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant and outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment. Provides support to team members in warehouse functions. Works closely with Operations Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure facility customer service and productivity expectations are met. Provides a variety of responsibilities to keep the team moving forward toward an appreciative and positive work environment.

Work Schedule
- 2:30PM - 11:00PM Monday - Friday with OT/Saturday as needed to meet business needs
Major Responsibilities
- Processing Inbound and Outbound shipments in the warehouse
- Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times
- Resolve discrepancies with inventory as well as Inbound/Outbound shipments
- Interact with warehouse associates and trouble shoot issues
- Assist with daily and weekly reports
- Jointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics
- Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
- Other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of shipping/receiving experience required
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- WMS experience preferred
- Smartsheet experience preferred
- Strong computer and mathematical skills required
- Frequent interaction with warehouse workers with daily tasks, good interpersonal skills required
- Multi-tasking required, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
