Warehouse Worker- Lead Warehouse/Big Board Operator - 2nd Shift

Join Penske Logistics as a Warehouse Worker - Lead Warehouse/Big Board Operator - 2nd Shift and become part of an excellent team. This role is ideal for safety-conscious individuals with a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment. You will support team members in warehouse functions, working closely with Operations Supervisors and Team Leads to meet customer service and productivity goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing inbound and outbound shipments
• Controlling workflow to meet schedules
• Resolving inventory discrepancies
• Interacting with warehouse staff and troubleshooting issues
• Assisting with reports
• Collaborating with supervisors to meet metrics
• Prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing needs
• Performing other assigned projects

Work Schedule:

• 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with OT/Saturday as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience
• Customer service experience preferred
• WMS and Smartsheet experience preferred
• Strong computer and math skills
• Good interpersonal skills for daily interaction
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidentiality and regular attendance are essential

This position is safety-sensitive; candidates must work safely and responsibly. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, with the ability to see and communicate effectively.
