Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a warehouse associate for our Irving, TX facility. The role requires standing, walking, and physical activity throughout a full shift, with responsibilities including lifting cases, shrink-wrapping pallets, and picking orders.

Starting pay is $24.76 per hour, increasing to $26.12 per hour after six months. Eligible benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, PTO, 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Lift, push, and pull cases of products throughout the shift.
• Hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Assist with order picking and order selecting tasks.
• Work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.

Total Rewards: Pay starting at $24.76 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $26.12 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred 1 year of warehouse experience.

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
