Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring for a warehouse picker role in Holland, MI. The job involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating equipment like electronic pallet jacks, walkie riders, and a voice headset to pick and process orders.

You will perform hand stacking, pallet building, and order selecting in a fast-paced distribution environment, with benefits and room for growth. Competitive hourly wage starts at $22.51 with a raise after six months.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to operate a headset and voice-activated order selecting system.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.

Responsabilités

• Hand stacking and organizing pallets for shipment.
• Operate EPJ and pallet jacks to move goods.
• Pick and select orders for processing.
• Utilize voice-activation system to locate items.
• Prepare and palletize orders for loading.
• Move and stack pallets as required throughout the shift.

Total Rewards: Pay starting at $22.51 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $23.69 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Physical and Equipment Requirements

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head.
• Ability to work while using a headset, voice-activated, order selector picking system.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
