Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented individual for a fast-paced warehouse role in McKinleyville, CA. You will spend most of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products while standing for long periods and using a voice-activated picking system.

Responsibilities include hand stacking, palletizing, and operating equipment like electronic pallet jacks and shrink wrap. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel and lift throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. during the full shift.
• Must be able to use headset/voice-activated order selector picking system.
• Able to shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.

Responsibilities

• Hand stacking and palletizing items.
• Operate EPJ and pallet jacks to move products.
• Use voice-picking system and headset for picking orders.
• Select and sort orders for shipment and prepare pallets.
• Stack and wrap pallets for dispatch.

Compensation

Total Rewards: Pay starting at $21.65 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $22.84 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head.
• Ability to work while using a headset, voice-activated, order selector picking system.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments hot or cool.
