Job summary

Dutch Valley in Myerstown, PA is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate. You will pick customer orders and stage completed orders on dock for delivery, with emphasis on quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include selecting orders per procedures, operating a pallet jack safely, handling products carefully, stacking pallets for quality shipments, performing pre-shift safety checks, and keeping the jack charged as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select all types of customer orders following in the proper picking procedures.
• Putting safety first, operate pallet jack in accordance with all established safety guidelines.
• Handle all products being picked carefully, to avoid damaging the product.
• During the picking process, stack all products on the pallet in a way to assure the customer receives a good quality pallet free from damaged goods.
• Conduct a pre-shift safety check on your pallet jack at the beginning of each shift to assure your jack is operating safely.
• Charge your pallet jack within the established tolerance percentages.

Compensation Details

Team members earn $20.00 per hour base pay (includes shift differentials and premiums) plus up to $5.00/hr in incentive pay based on performance.

2nd Shift - 3 day work week (Sunday-Monday-Tuesday) or (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
