Job summary

Dutch-Valley is seeking a second shift picker in Myerstown, PA to support order fulfillment. You will pick customer orders and stage them for delivery, emphasizing accuracy and quality.

The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, sharp attention to detail, and reliability. Shift options include a 3‑day work week (Sun-Mon-Tue) or (Wed-Thu-Fri) with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select all types of customer orders following proper picking procedures.
• Operate pallet jack with safety as a priority and in line with guidelines.
• Handle all products carefully to avoid damage during picking.
• Stack products on the pallet to ensure a quality pallet for delivery.
• Conduct a pre-shift safety check on pallet jack before each shift.
