Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Worker - Driver to maintain the warehouse and branch facilities, coordinate material receiving and stocking, and deliver as directed by the Manager. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., with occasional early before 5:30 a.m.

or after 2:30 p.m. shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will lift up to 50 lbs, pass a drug and background screen, and have a valid driver''s license with five years of driving experience;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum five years of driving experience.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in lighting and electrical is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock all deliveries.
• Prepare and expedite product for delivery.
• Track all stock transfer requests using tracking system.
• Use tool tracking system to produce weekly cycle counts for warehouse.
• Stage all daily material for construction and service projects
• Operate stake bed, box truck, and F550 trucks as needed for deliveries.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work area.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift and climb
• Must be able to lift 50lbs of material over the course of a work day.

Overview

As a Warehouse Worker - Driver you will maintain the warehouse and branch facilities, coordinate material receiving, and stocking and delivery as directed by the Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain the cleanliness and order of the warehouse facility on a daily basis, as well as keep accurate reports of available stock.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Must be willing to occasionally work before 5:30 a.m. and after 2:30 p.m. as needed.

Responsibilities

A Warehouse Worker / Driver will:

• Receive and stock all deliveries.
• Prepare and expedite product for delivery.
• Track all stock transfer requests using tracking system.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Minimum five years of driving experience.
• Must be comfortable operating stake bed, box truck, and F550 trucks.
• Must be willing to occasionally work before 5:30 a.m. and after 2:30 p.m. as needed.
• Must be able to withstand the physical needs of job including heavy lifting, bending, and repetitive motions.
• MUST be able to pass a drug and background screen
• Ability to multitask while staying organized
• Positive customer service skills
• Experience in lighting and electrical a plus!
• Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
