Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non Commercial Driver's License (non CDL) Truck Driver to join our Transportation team in Massachusetts. In this role you will safely operate a company vehicle and provide excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of box truck route experience, a clean driving record, and the physical stamina to lift and move heavy items.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of box truck route transportation experience.
• Able to lift 70 pounds, move bins up to 350 pounds, and walk/stand for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and clear verbal communication.

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non Commercial Driver's License Non CDL Truck Driver to join our Transportation team.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Vehicle Operations & Safety : Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
• Delivery & Documentation : Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
• Warehouse Support : Support operational efficiency by working in the warehouse to manage inventory and orders when needed.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum Requirements : Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record. Must successfully meet background check, drug screen, and Department of Transportation (DOT) physical requirements.
• Route Experience : At least one year of box truck route transportation experience is preferred.
• Physical Stamina : The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (averaging 170 pounds), carry recycling bins over varied terrain (inclines, stairs, and ladders), and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Communication & Safety Knowledge : Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.

What We Offer

• Pay Rate : $25.50 per hour.
• Schedule : Full time: Monday to Friday 6:30 until route end.

Reasonably expected salary range: $53,000.00 - $66,300.00
