Austin Industrial is seeking a Warehouse Worker to maintain production and distribution by pulling orders, delivering materials, staging for shipping, and organizing inventory. The role requires forklift, inventory, and shipping/receiving experience and entails lifting up to 50 lbs in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift, inventory, and shipping/receiving experience.
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory.
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
• Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
• Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections, making operator repairs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body, able to reach overhead, able to work in various positions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required For This Position

Education – no minimum education requirements.

Experience – 2 Years’ Experience In An Industrial Setting Preferred.

Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check, as condition of employment.

Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet all customer, site, regulatory, medical, and fitness-for-duty requirements applicable to the position.

Must be able to perform all job duties while maintaining a constant commitment to safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
