Job description

Communiboost is currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks that support our logistics operations.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Location: Houston, TX

Employment Type: Full Time

Workplace: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick and fill orders from stock
• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary
