Job summary

MSI is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse tasks and occasional local deliveries in California. You will load, unload, palletize, and pack items, then use an electric pallet jack for unloading at deliveries and drive to customer sites with safety as a priority.

The role runs Monday to Friday 08:00–18:30 with two Saturdays per month 08:00–13:30, offering hourly pay between $21 and $24 with overtime at 1.5x.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience with heavy-duty vehicles.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working in a warehouse.
• Comfortable with local deliveries with multiple stops.
• Electric pallet jack experience for unloading pallets.
• Successful completion of driving test and all DOT pre-employment requirements.
• Safety-minded with proficiency in maintaining a legal and accurate logbook.
• Capable of understanding and interpreting bill of lading/picking sheets.
• Previous experience using an iPad/tablet is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Summary:

As a warehouse worker and delivery driver, you’ll mainly work in the warehouse helping with day-to-day tasks like loading, unloading, palletizing, and packing. From time to time, you’ll also deliver MSI products to local customers. During these deliveries, you’ll drop off materials in driveways and use an electric pallet jack to unload pallets.

Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 08:00 AM to 01:30 PM

Compensation:

This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $21 to $24 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $60,000 and $85,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

This Role Has The Following Physical Demands

• Generate 137lbs of vertical push/pull force.
• The employee must regularly lift, pull and move up to 55 pounds and occasionally up to 70lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
• Able to carry at least 30lbs the length of the truck bed.
• Able to ascend and descend multiple-rung ladder.
• Able to frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and/or crouch.
• Able to work at elevated height of 72” above the ground while assembling and disassembling strap, ties, ratchets, nuts, bolts, and other securing or fastening equipment.
• Able to work at lowered height of 6” above the ground while assembling and disassembling strap, ties, ratchets, nuts, bolts, and other securing or fastening equipment.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
