Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a vigilant Warehouse Associate to support next-day delivery by picking and loading orders, and by operating essential warehouse equipment.

You will load route trucks, perform daily equipment checks, and ensure safe handling of beverage products in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and teamwork in a dynamic distribution setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment and Loading: Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line; Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report deficiencies; operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, and other equipment as needed.
• Safety and Compliance: Safely handle shipments and replenishment of product; perform cleaning and maintenance duties; report unsafe conditions; comply with company safety policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment and Loading

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies.
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed.

Safety and Compliance

• Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred

Physical Demands of Job:

• Carrying and lifting of up to 65 pounds to perform various duties as assigned for extended periods

• Frequent squatting and/or bending to perform various duties as assigned
