Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Reno, NV is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will pick and load orders for next-day delivery, ensuring accuracy and safety to support customers and drivers on our distribution network.

This position offers a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, from 7 PM to 5 AM. You will build dock route orders, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform daily equipment checks, and maintain a clean, safe work area while collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report deficiencies.
• Safely and properly handle shipments and replenishment of product.
• Move product using material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) as needed.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report unsafe conditions.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

As a member of the Warehouse team you will play a key role in the delivery of products to our customers by safely and efficiently picking and loading orders for next-day delivery. Schedule

Job Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies.
• Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training, preferred
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
