Job description

Candidates will use a cart to pick and prepare orders by walking through different aisles.

Candidates must operate at a quick/fast pace to ensure orders are picked for the day.

Candidates must be willing to be trained on equipment such as a reach truck, which may reach up to 50ft, or a cherry picker that elevates a person up to 50ft, with harness safety.

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 months.

Work Site:

This is a fully on-site position in Boylston, Massachusetts.

This facility is a 380,000 square foot distribution center with brand new equipment and racks. The environment is fast-paced, with team members working together. Music plays loudly for everyone to listen. Work hours are mostly 10-hour shifts, potentially extending to 12 hours, with the expectation to work until the job is completed.
