Job summary

Spherion Staffing is partnering with a Wind Gap, PA facility to hire Warehouse Associates for inventory fulfillment, custom kit assembly and receiving. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with cross-training opportunities, handling pick-pack, loading and unloading tasks.

Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with potential overtime during peak season. A lab drug screen and background check are required; High School diploma and 0–1 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, assemble kits, fulfill inquiries, and manage inbound inventory receipts following procedures.
• Load, unload, and transport materials using hand carts or pallet jacks up to 1500 lbs.
• Assemble and package shipments using tape guns, staplers, and box cutters.
• Operate small warehouse machinery (scales, inserters, cutters, etc.).
• Log shipment and inventory details accurately in documents/software.
• Inspect orders and maintain high quality standards; suggest improvements.

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for inventory fulfillment, custom kit assembly, and receiving. Schedule & Overtime Requirements

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Peak Season Overtime: OT is currently heavily requested. Candidates must be available to work between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, as needed based on production volume.

Responsibilities

• nventory & Order Fulfillment: Accurately and efficiently process orders, custom kit assemblies, inquiry fulfillments, and inbound inventory receipts following established procedures.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials using hand carts or pallet jacks carrying loads up to 1,500 lbs.
• Assembly & Packaging: Stuff and seal envelopes, build boxes, collate materials, use tape guns, staplers, and box cutters to prepare shipments.
• Equipment Operation: Operate small warehouse machinery, including scales, paper folders, inserters, cutters, and binders.
• Data & Record Keeping: Clearly and accurately log shipment and inventory details on documents and software applications.
• Quality Control: Inspect orders, catch processing errors, maintain high quality control standards, and communicate process improvements.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
