Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC seeks motivated and reliable Shippers for 1st and 2nd shift at a local electronics distribution center in Findlay, OH. You will play a key role in fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include picking and packing orders with handheld scanners, maintaining inventory, ensuring quality, and following safety guidelines. Training is provided; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving or distribution center operations.
• Training provided for right candidates.
• 0–1 years of experience acceptable.

Spherion Staffing is seeking motivated and reliable Shippers for 1st and 2nd shift at a local electronics distribution center!! As a Shipper, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products. Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders from designated storage areas using handheld scanners and pick lists.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by properly organizing and counting products.
• Quality Control: Ensure that orders are packed securely and meet quality standards before shipment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
• Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving or distribution center operations is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidates.
• Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical.
