Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for a Warehouse Worker in Watertown, WI. This contract position supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and storing products in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and efficiency during first shift hours. Responsibilities include using RF scanners, unloading trucks, staging orders for shipping, and maintaining organized inventory.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse picking and packing or similar warehouse work.
• Hands-on experience with order picking and packing in a production or distribution environment.
• Ability to use RF scanners for locating, picking, and tracking inventory.
• Experience with basic material handling tasks, including moving and staging products.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Understanding of basic shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse setting.
• Capability to perform physically active work, including standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Reliability in maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality for first shift hours.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime, including occasional 12-hour days when business needs require.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist in different areas of the warehouse as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Watertown, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
