Job summary

Harnish Group Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on friendly, expeditious customer service and serving VIP customers while handling thousands of parts for our machinery.

You will safely ship and receive parts orders with accuracy, communicate back order updates, and work closely with the parts counter staff to expedite orders for our customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds with forklift
• Physically active role requiring standing, walking and picking parts for an 8 hour day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time constraints
• High school diploma plus prior customer service experience

• We need a team player who will partner with our parts counter staff to expedite the parts orders of our customers.

Qualifications & Experience Needed

• To be successful in this role, you will need a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times utilizing a forklift.
• This is a physically demanding job that requires standing, walking and picking parts for an 8 hour day.
• Our customers are often under time constraints so the ability to handle working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment is essential to be successful.
• A high school diploma combined with previous customer service experience is a great start for this role.

We offer a competitive benefits package that includes an hourly wage from $23.30 to $30.85 per hour.

Initial schedule will be 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.
