Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring night-shift warehouse workers in California. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM, with a pay rate of $28.00 per hour including a $2.00 night-shift differential. Cell phone allowance is provided.

This role supports order picking, loading, and inventory tasks for next-day delivery. The team offers a four-day workweek, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and growth opportunities in a family-oriented company with U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes and load route trucks.
• Perform daily inspection of warehouse equipment and report deficiencies.

• Assist with cleaning and maintenance and ensure safe work areas.

You’ll play an important role in safely picking, preparing, and loading customer orders for next-day delivery. Ready to get to work and grow with a winning team?

Job Responsibilities:

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies.
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed.
• Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training, preferred
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

Physical Demands of Job:

• Carrying and lifting of up to 65 pounds to perform various duties as assigned for extended periods
• Frequent reaching with intermittent reaching overhead
• Standing for extended periods of time to perform various duties
• Walking for extended periods of time to perform various duties
• Frequent squatting and/or bending to perform various duties as assigned
