Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you will assist in various warehouse tasks that contribute to the efficient functioning of our logistics and supply chain. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Pay Range:
$850 - $1150 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments from suppliers and transport vehicles.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, reporting discrepancies accordingly.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper shelving and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to safe working practices and protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety guidelines and commit to maintaining a safe work environment.
