Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is looking for Warehouse Workers in Plainfield, IN for 1st and 2nd shifts. Duties include receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing goods, preparing shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential overtime on both shifts.

Candidates must read and write English and hold a high school diploma. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow shipping instructions, and readiness for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity).
• Checks incoming goods for visible damage, documents them and provides the information if required.
• Arranges the acceptance, storage, commissioning and removal of goods in the storage area and records them in the appropriate systems.
• Organizes a regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
• Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy (e.g. quantity and article number in reference to the respective delivery notes).
• Completes packaging of deliveries having regard to shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of packaging and other instructions (e.g. Dangerous Goods) in the given framework.
• Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods.
• Completes transports inside and if applicable outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation.

Acara is looking for 1st and 2nd shift Warehouse Workers for our client in Plainfield, IN.

Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday 5sm to 1:30pm (up to 2 hours of mandatory overtime when requested)
• 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 1pm to 9:30pm (up to 2 hours of mandatory overtime when requested)

Pay Rates:

• 2nd shift - $18.70 an hour
