Job summary

Acara Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate in New York, NY for a temporary 3-month assignment with potential direct hire. The role involves moving products throughout the facility, order picking, and supporting shipping/receiving while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Schedule is 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday, with a starting rate of $18 per hour. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of basic computer experience; warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders according to the customer order/bill of materials.

• Operate warehouse machinery (WAVE, Pallet Jack, Bander; training provided).
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain safe behavior and attitude.

About the Opportunity:

The Warehouse Associate will provide the physical movement of products and components throughout the facility. The contractor will be involved in the order picking process for distribution, the movement of material through shipping and receiving, and the component picking for assembly/kitting.
