Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Palmetto, GA is seeking Warehouse Workers / Order Pickers to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. You will operate RF scanners, use tablets, and follow ERP/WMS transactions in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Pay is $18 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime as needed.

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, productivity, and safety while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and palletize orders according to customer requirements
• Inspect products and packaging for damage or quality concerns
• Complete required ERP/WMS system transactions
• Operate RF scanners, tablets, and applicable warehouse equipment
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay rate is $18/hour. Schedule isMonday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4PM with OT as needed.
