Job summary

AtWork Group in Buford, GA is hiring a reliable Picker/Packer/Processor for our warehouse team. The role pays $16.00/hr with a 6 AM–3 PM shift and requires accuracy with packing slips and system instructions.

You will pack, label, and process outgoing shipments, inspect products for quality, and help keep a safe, organized work area while supporting inventory counts and effective team communication.

Qualifications

• One year of previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to understand and communicate to ensure safety and clear instructions
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare floor sample orders accurately based on packing slips or system instructions
• Pack, label, and process outgoing shipments in accordance with company standards
• Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, and follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking materials as needed
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.) safely
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status or issues
