Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Ontario, CA is seeking an Order Picker to accurately assemble customer orders and operate warehouse equipment. The role requires adhering to safety procedures and maintaining timely production standards.

Candidate should have at least 3 months of warehouse experience, basic English, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm–9:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

What’s the Job?

• Prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety procedures.
• Utilize warehouse equipment including RF Scanners, Pick to Voice technology, Pick to Cart technology or other methods, depending on specific facility.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to adopt our safety procedures quickly and ensure safe work practices.
• An ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
• 3 months warehouse experience, stockroom, working with racking systems, customer service, package handling, etc.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• Must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need.
• An ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand.
